Your path to a resilient home
Precast Panels + Proprietary Embedded SIP System
Constructonik now builds with precast concrete panels that have our proprietary SIP
(Structural Insulated Panel) system embedded directly into the pre-casted panels. Panels
arrive on-site structurally complete — with insulation and reinforcement already integrated.
No separate insulation step. No on-site curing wait. The result: faster installation, tighter
tolerances, superior structural performance — for both Standard Models and Custom Made
homes.
Why Choose Constructonik?
Superior Insulation
Insulated concrete panels with embedded furring strips — no wood, no thermal bridging. R-17+ walls, R-38+ roof. Maximum year-round comfort with minimal energy loss.
Hurricane Resistant
Engineered to withstand 180+ mph winds. Compliant with Florida Building Code high- velocity hurricane zone (HVHZ) requirements and ASCE 7 load standards.
Fire Rated
Concrete construction achieves 2-hour fire abatement — far exceeding standard wood- frame performance.
Termite Resistant
Little to no wood is used in the structure. Closed-cell EPS foam core panels are not a food source for termites — no toxic treatments needed.
Mildew Resistant
Concrete and EPS foam do not absorb moisture, eliminating the conditions that cause mildew, mold, and rot in traditional wood-frame homes.
Faster Construction
Thanks to our precast panel system, Constructonik Standard Models can be delivered in as little as 3 months from construction commencement. Because panels arrive ready to install, construction moves faster — eliminating on-site curing delays and reducing labor time by up to 50% versus traditional concrete construction.
No Heavy Cranes Required
Constructonik’s precast and stay-in-place concrete panels are assembled on-site without heavy crane equipment — reducing logistics costs, minimizing site disruption, and keeping your project on schedule.
Waterproofing
Inexpensive waterproofing application for roofs

High-quality finishes
High-quality finishes are included as standard in every Constructonik Standard Model. No surprise upgrades required.
Maximum Energy Efficiency
Higher than code R-Value insulation
Reduced construction waste
Roof Pitch / Crickets
Created within concrete poured

FAQ
Standard Model homes can be completed in as little as 3 months from construction
commencement, thanks to Constructonik’s precast panel system. Panels are fabricated off-
site in parallel with permitting, eliminating on-site curing delays. Homes typically complete in
3–7 months depending on scope (1,000–6,000 sq.ft.) when built with the precast system,
and in 4–10 months depending on scope (1,000–6,000 sq.ft.).
Constructonik builds with precast concrete panels that have a proprietary SIP (Structural
Insulated Panel) system embedded directly into the pre-casted concrete. Each panel arrives
on-site structurally complete — with insulation, structural reinforcement, and furring strips
already integrated. This eliminates separate insulation steps and on-site curing wait times,
making it one of the fastest and most efficient concrete home construction methods
available in Florida.
Constructonik manages your entire project from land identification to final walkthrough —
one team, one contract. Our turn-key service includes land search assistance through our
real estate representatives, construction financing guidance, permitting, panel procurement
and logistics, on-site assembly, and high-quality finishes. You don’t coordinate contractors.
We do.
Yes. Constructonik homes are engineered for 180+ mph wind loads, meeting Florida
Building Code requirements for high-velocity hurricane zones (HVHZ) and ASCE 7 structural
standards. The precast concrete panel system has no structural wood components that can
fail under wind or impact pressure.
Yes. Constructonik has real estate representatives who can help you identify suitable land
and connect you with construction financing options — so you can manage land acquisition
and home construction through a single coordinated process.
Yes. All Constructonik Standard Models can be personalized — modify the floor plan, adjust
the size, change the design, and add upgrades to match your needs. Custom Made homes
are also available and quoted upon consultation. Both options are built with the same
precast panel system.
Strength. Speed. Safety. Built to last.
